- Entry Conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and a U.S. resident. Sweepstakes may only be entered from the United States. This sweepstakes available only to those persons who are legal residents of either one of the 48 continental states of the United States or the District of Columbia, and may only be entered from one of those locations. This sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico and/or where prohibited by law. Limit one entry per person per "weekly drawing period". The "weekly drawing period" will run from 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") Sunday to 11:59 p.m. (ET) the following Saturday each week of the entry period. If multiple entries are made, only the first entry received will qualify as the entry and the rest will be disqualified. Disqualification of entries based upon a determination that more than one entry has been received from the same person in the same weekly drawing period will be in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Employees of Sponsor, any affiliate of Sponsor, any of their advertising or promotional agencies, any sponsor of any prize offered in this sweepstakes or any business or entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of this sweepstakes, and their immediate family members (meaning spouses, parents, siblings and children living in the same household) are not eligible to enter or win.
- Entry. All entries must be received by midnight each Saturday of the "weekly drawing period" to be eligible for the drawing. Facsimile entries are not acceptable. To enter online, visit http://sprint.p.delivery.net/m/p/nxt/reg/cus/ereg.asp?id12=UHP_email_registration and follow the instructions on the screen, completing the online entry form and clicking "submit" to be eligible for the drawing. Online entries must be received between Sunday 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and the following Saturday at 11:59 p.m. ET during each weekly drawing period. Online entries will be deemed made by Internet will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sprint is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, mis-delivered, incomplete, incorrect, inaccurate or unintelligible entries, messages, typographical errors, unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, online failures, hardware, software, servers, providers, equipment, human error or other technical malfunctions or disturbances or any other communications failures or circumstances affecting, disrupting or corrupting the sweepstakes in any manner including without limitation. Sprint also is not responsible for any damages to entrant's computer occasioned by participation in the sweepstakes or downloading any information or data necessary to participate in the promotion. If for any reason the Sponsor is not capable of running the sweepstakes as planned due to, among other factors, any technical failure or corruptions of any kind, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the sweepstakes and select winners from eligible entries received prior to cancellation. If the winning entry is an online entry, the entrant may be required to provide Sponsor with confirmation that he/she is the authorized account holder of the listed email address (if any).
Alternate Method of Entry: To enter by mail, without purchase or obligation, send a 3" x 5" postcard with the following hand-written information - name (first and last), address (no PO box), date of birth, and a telephone number you can be reached. Mail-in entries must be mailed after January 20, 2007 and received no later than May 9, 2007. Entries must be postmarked no later than May 2, 2007. All completed entries become the property of Sprint and will not be returned. Entries without all of the blanks completed will be disqualified and not entered into the drawing. All late, lost, or incomplete entries are not considered valid entries. Any form of entry, other than as specified in these rules (including but not limited to automated, copied, third-party or mechanically reproduced entries) is prohibited and they will disqualified. Sponsor will be collecting personal data about participants when they register and enter the sweepstakes. Please review Sprint's privacy policy at www.sprint.com/privacypolicy. By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to all of the terms and conditions of the privacy policies of the Sponsor. By entering you agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which will be final and binding in all respects. - Entry Period. Promotional period begins on Saturday, January 20, 2007 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on Wednesday, May 2, 2007 at 11:59 p.m. ET. There will be Fifteen (15) Drawing Periods during the Promotional period. The first "weekly drawing period" begins on Saturday, January 20, 2007 at 12:01 a.m. ET and ends on Friday, January 26, 2007 at 11:59 p.m. ET; each subsequent Weekly Drawing Period begins at 12:00 a.m. ET Saturday and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET the Friday immediately following with the exception of the final drawing period which beings at 12:00 a.m. ET Saturday and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET the Wednesday immediately following.
- Prizes. First place prize is a Samsung M610® valued at $329.99. Activation fee and service plan are not included. Fifteen (15) weekly prizes will be awarded (one (1) for each "weekly drawing period") during the promotional period. Total prize package valued at $4,949.85. Only fifteen (15) first prize(s) will be awarded to fifteen (15) individual winner(s). Prize(s) is/are not transferable. Sponsor will have the right to substitute another prize package of equal or greater value, at its sole discretion. Sponsor may substitute for a cash prize or goods or services with a value equal to or greater than the estimated retail value of the original prize. Winner will not have the right to substitute another prize package. Any difference between the stated approximate retail value of any prize and the actual value of such prize will not be awarded. All expenses not specified, including but not limited to taxes, fees, surcharges, from the acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). Any unclaimed prize will not be awarded.
- Prize Winner Selection and Notification. A random drawing will be conducted by Sweepstakes Consulting, LLC weekly whose decision will be final. The winner will be notified by email and mail. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. In the event the person originally selected as the winner is disqualified, the prize will be given to a second winner via a random drawing of the remaining entries, conducted within thirty (30) days of such disqualification.
- Prize Acceptance. Winner(s) must complete, execute and return an affidavit confirming the winner's identification and eligibility, and winner and any guests will be required to complete, execute and return (if such requirement would not render this sweepstakes lawful) a Liability and Publicity Release. If such documents are not returned within fourteen (14) days of the date sent, or if any prize notification is returned as non-deliverable or any winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these official rules, disqualification may result. Acceptance of a prize will constitute permission to use winner's name, hometown, likeness, photograph, statements or prize information for advertising and publicity purposes worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited. Sponsor, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents will not be responsible any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind to or of any person or property (including death of any person), arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any sweepstakes related activity, or participation in this sweepstakes. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted. No transfer or cash redemption of prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsors, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Limit one prize per household or family.
- Governing Law. Sweepstakes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
