To enter: Visit the main Old Navy Back-to-School Sweepstakes entry page at www.oldnavy.com. You will be asked to provide your first and last name, mailing address, email address, and whether or not you wish to receive email from Old Navy. You will also be asked to confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or older and have read and agree to these official rules, and that you agree to receive an email message confirming your entry into the sweepstakes. You may also be asked to answer optional questions; however, they need not be answered in order to be eligible for the sweepstakes, nor will answering these optional questions affect your chances of winning in the sweepstakes. Potential winner may be requested to provide Old Navy with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. Prize Award: One (1) winner will receive the following: (1) $500 Old Navy GiftCard, redeemable online at www.oldnavy.com or at any Old Navy store in the U.S, plus (1) $500 cash donation will be made on behalf of the winner to a kindergarten through 12th grade school's art program of the winner's choosing. Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by The Barrett Group, Inc. (Administrator), an independent agency, on or about 9/30/02 from among all entries received. No substitution or transfer of prize, GiftCard prize may not be redeemed for cash. Winner may not receive the $500 cash in lieu of a school and the donation may not be awarded to an alternate institution. Winner will be notified by mail and required to sign a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (where legal). If the winner's declaration is not returned within 10 days of the date on the prize notification, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant.
